GJC Development purchased over six acres of land on Nashua Road in Londonderry, NH and desired a new 100’ x 125’ two story commercial building. One half of the building will be occupied by the Client with the other half is intended for lease opportunities. On the Owner's side, the business requires 5 garage bays and intends to utilize a mezzanine above a portion of the first floor which will utilize 50% for office and 50% for work bays. The exterior of this project uses classic elements, such as, stone and gable ends to produce a building that plays on the traditional retail aesthetic known in New Hampshire, while also providing an edgy modern twist through the use of large storefront and black trim accents. The overall design allows for the construction trucks to be stored indoors while providing office space for GJC's headquarters. With a careful division of the interior, RWH was able to provide a solution that allowed for the addition of 2 leasable retail spaces.
