Milton CAT, a seller of construction machinery and power equipment, purchased a 20-acre site in the City of Cicero, NY for a new branch location. The new facility serves as the corporate headquarters for SITECH Northeast, a sister company that sells and supports the technology and automation side of Milton’s earthmoving equipment business. RWH was faced with the task of creating a space for Milton CAT's industrial equipment, equipment showroom, and office space, that would coexist with their Sitech corporate headquarters. The facility supports Milton CAT’s goal of incorporating the various programs to all work cohesively. With an August 2023 grand opening, this facility further accomplishes the goal of establishing Milton CAT as a convenient and trusted partner for customers throughout western New York.
