Overlooking a serene channel on Millville Lake, the Daaboul Residence started as a poorly maintained home lacking a functional and comfortable layout. Modifications were made to improve the layout, redesign kitchen and dining, replace siding and windows with clear views to the lake, update bathroom layouts, modify and replace exterior decks and porches, and generally contemporize the overall aesthetic. Additionally, the Client desired an additional garage bay for storage and yard equipment which was achieved by extending the front garage bay and roof. The striking home now features large oversized windows and triple sliders, with its varying heights and projected rooms, the new structure now demands attention - and this time for the right reasons.
