Located within walking distance from the expanding Tuscan Village and minutes from Route 93, ten units development with a maximum footprint of 30’x40’ with each unit designed as a 2 bed/2 bath unit. All units feature upgraded features including a 2-car garage, a well appointed Master Suite, and an "village" feel exterior. RWH designed the conceptual exterior elevations to present to planning board calling out the different materials that would be used.
