Located in the neighboring lot of their current facility, the former Laschi’s Garden Center is the new home to Pica’s Pub and Grill’s new chapter, Pica’s Deli & Ice Cream shop. The exterior space has been completely rehabbed, bringing new life to the structure. The landscape and outdoor area is perfect for yard games and live entertainment. The old greenhouse was one major expedition. The space was transformed into a covered assembly space, featuring a live wood edge bar and seating. An expedited Fall 2022 opening was granted by RWH's efforts to work with the City of Methuen's Baords in gaining all necessary approvals and permits. Destined to be everyone’s weekend hangout, Pica’s Deli and Ice Cream features delicious deli sandwiches, refreshing ice cream, and Pica’s Pub’s most popular items “to-go”.
